JIMMY BUFFETT: STAR-STUDDED TRIBUTE AT HOLLYWOOD BOWL (Watch)

Paul McCartney and the Eagles teamed up for a performance of "Let It Be" to help close Keep the Party Going: A Tribute to Jimmy Buffett, Thursday night at the Hollywood Bowl.

McCartney was introduced by Dave Grohl, and McCartney told the audience that he'd played a lot of different songs for Buffett during his last days and that "Let It Be" was one of them. Watch Macca's performance on YouTube.

Then all the evening's performers, including Buffett's Coral Reefer Band, came out for "Margaritaville."

A surprise highlight included Grohl -- on drums -- joining Zac Brown and the Coral Reefer Band for a cover of Van Morrison's "Brown Eyed Girl." Brown also debuted a new Buffett-inspired song called "Pirates and Parrots" that will be out on April 19th.

The Eagles didn't do any Buffett songs, instead sticking to three standards on their setlist -- "The Boys of Summer," "Take It to Limit" and "In the City."

Kenny Chesney did Buffett's "Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes" and Mac McAnally's "Back Where I Come From."

Pitbull teamed up with Jon Bon Jovi for a new track called "Thank God & Jimmy Buffett."

Other Buffet covers came from Sheryl Crow ("Fins"), Jackson Browne ("He Went to Paris"), Brandi Carlile ("Tin Cup Chalice," "Come Monday), Eric Church ("Son of a Son of a Sailor"), Jake Owen ("Grapefruit--Juicy Fruit") and Jack Johnson ("A Pirate Looks at Forty").
