Joe Logue, CEO, Two Six Technologies

Joe Logue

Mr. Joseph Logue, also known as Joe, was named CEO of Two Six Technologies at formation in 2021. Prior to this position, he was an Executive Vice President of Booz Allen Hamilton and served as the Defense & Intelligence Group Lead. Joe joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 1997 in the IT segment. He was promoted to partner in 2001 and then to Senior Partner in 2008. While there, Joe led Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.'s former commercial Information Technology practice and U.S. Navy and Marine Corps business including all aspects of its strategic development, execution, and day-to-day operations. Prior to leading the Navy/Marine Corps markets, he directed Booz Allen's global IT business, defense systems unit and Army IT business, as well as two major campaigns in outsourcing advisory services (government and commercial) and systems-driven transformation (commercial markets). His key functional expertise is concentrated in large-scale transformation programs in both the government and commercial sectors, including IT transformation programs in defense, oil and gas, consumer media and transportation markets. He has broad experience in Global process optimization and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, including lean process optimization, special access program (SAP) configurations, governance, change management and organization rationalization. He also has led system design, development and implementation services focused on ROI for major capital and operational expenditure programs. Before joining Booz Allen in 1997, he was the owner of a systems integration firm focused on design, development and implementation of systems technology to increase capability and reduce life cycle costs of major programs. He is currently a professor at The Catholic University of America. He earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Catholic University and an M.S. degree in technology management from the University of Maryland.
