He is a big goofy teddy bear who is fun-loving, playful, and loves to fetch, although he is still learning how to bring toys back to you! In some ways, he is a typical husky - he can be stubborn about where he wants to go, and not want to share his food. But in other ways, he is nothing like a husky. For example, he is a big leaner who seeks love and attention from everyone he meets, which is the total opposite of the typical aloof nature of huskies.
As much as he loves to play, he also loves to find a spot in the sun to stretch out and sleep. Indy loves his food and responds well to treats, this has proven helpful in his training classes. Indy gets very excited to go on walks and will happily greet other dogs and people on his way. He is a strong boy with a big stride and would really love someone with an active lifestyle.
Indy is wonderful with children! He is very gentle and tolerant. He loves to follow the kids around the house and have lots of pets and hugs. However, due to his larger size, he would do best with older children or an adult only household.
