Billboard is reporting that U2 will do a multi-show residency at the MSG (Madison Square Garden) Sphere arena in Las Vegas next year.

Located at The Venetian hotel on the Strip, they will be the first act to perform at the $1.8-billion high-tech arena.

With a capacity of up to 20,000, it will provide a multi-sensory experience of sound and light inside the largest spherical structure ever created.

It includes 160,000 square feet of video viewing space, which Sphere officials describe as an “interior immersive display.”

If true, these will be U2's first shows since 2019.

Neither U2 or MSG have commented on this story.
