A Kansas City man was caught on video in a disturbing scene that has people on the Internet concerned for his safety.
The man, who looks to be incredibly obese, appears to be sitting in a chair that is strapped to the back of a pickup truck.
The video shows the white truck rounding a corner with the man in tow. Due to the presence of snow in the neighborhood, it seems to be cold out as well, leading to more concern.
The truck then pulls into a driveway and the man in the chair has to go over a bump. The man nearly falls out of the chair as it happens.
I feel so terrible for the man given this appears to be his only form of transportation.
