An incredibly scary moment was caught on camera when a drunk driver speeds onto a golf course, gets airborne, and then crashes into a pond.
It happened at Carmel Country Club in Charlotte, North Carolina on Friday evening. A rider in a golf cart captured a dark sedan speeding across a fairway before it hits a hill and gets air. You can even hear the engine rev as the driver continues to press the accelerator.
In the next scene, the vehicle can be seen partially submerged in a water hazard and the driver is being helped out of the water by a golfer.
Medics arrived on the scene and took her although she seemed to be heavily resisting the help.
No word on the woman's condition or if she will face any criminal charges.
