Eva Tiamat Baphomet Medusa is a woman who claims to be the most modified transsexual in the world. She has spent over $60k to become a dragon including having her ears removed, nose modified, tongue forked, teeth removed, eyes dyed green, horn implants and numerous tattoos.
Tiamat was formerly Richard Hernandez and was employed as a banker in Arizona but now lives in Texas. She says after being diagnosed with HIV, her outlook on life changed and she wants to use her appearance to raise awareness. "I want to raise awareness and erase the stigma. There is so much stigma out there about being HIV positive... I think humans need to be nicer to one another and really just accept each other for what they are."
