John Lennon would've been 80 years old on Oct. 9. We've been celebrating the life and music of John Lennon on BIG 100 and I will continue to have special features over the next couple of weeks to mark this special birthday.

On Friday, Oct. 9 there will also be a live concert streaming worldwide called Remember Lennon, Imagine 80.

While it's a shame that fans won't be able to attend the concert in person because of the pandemic, the good news is that we all have an opportunity to see it live, no matter where we live!

Liverpool Productions and Charles Rosenay have put together an incredible evening. The show is a fantasy concert...if John Lennon were alive today and touring, what would his live shows be like? Expect to hear Beatles favorites, post-Beatles material and more.

The show stars famed Lennon impersonator Scot Arch, of Beatlemania Now, backed by a full band.

Tickets for this historic 80th birthday gala streaming event are $19.40 (1940 is the year John was born) through October 1st, and $25 thereafter. Tickets are available at

Check out my interview with Charles Rosenay from Liverpool Productions below. I first met Charles a few years ago at International Beatleweek in Liverpool, England. Charles puts together some incredible tours, which we have a chance to talk about in the interview as well.

Happy 80th Birthday, John Lennon! We we never forget you.
