A video clip of a hero dog rescuing a puppy has captured the imagination of many animal lovers in China.
It seems a puppy was in a boat on a river and that boat had drifted a bit. On shore, a Rottweiler seemed very distressed to see his friend unable to make his way to dry land, so he jumped into action by getting into the water and chomping down on the rope -- and then dragging the boat.
Sure enough, the Rottweiler got the boat close enough to shore for the puppy to feel comfortable enough to jump to safety.
The puppy tumbled into the water, but quickly doggy-paddled its way onto land, thankful for the efforts of his furry first responder friend.
