Here's one of my favorite videos of week...Albert Pujols literally giving away the shirt off his back and autographing it for a young fan with Down's Syndrome.
Nico, a child with Down syndrome, was wearing Pujols's jersey in the crowd. Pujols jogged over to him, pulled off his jersey and signed it.
Pujols has dedicated much of his life off the field to helping children with Down syndrome through the Pujols Family Foundation, which he started with his wife. Their daughter Isabella was born with the condition.
We love you Albert!
