LISA'S ANIMAL TALES: ALLIGATOR GETS PROSTHETIC TAIL

A wildlife shelter in Arizona turned to technology to help out an alligator by hooking him up with a 3D printed prosthetic tail.

The alligator -- named Mr. Stubbs -- spent the last five years at the shelter without a tail. This was a bummer because he was having trouble getting around in deep water.

So, the workers at the shelter cranked out a new, customized, tail for him on a 3D printer.

Mr. Stubbs is now moving around just like he used to, both on land and in the water.
