So much for waiting for that countdown clock on GNR.fm to end tonight (Thursday) at midnight -- the details about Guns n' Roses' Appetite for Destruction box set leaked early.
Some GNR fans discovered an unboxing video on YouTube (which has since been taken down) for the set. It has 73 tracks spread over four CDs and seven records.
The original album has been remastered and will be on CD and on two LPs in the box. There's also 1986’s Live Like a Suicide EP, a second EP containing B-sides from the era, 25 unreleased recordings from the band’s 1986 Sound City sessions and two unreleased tracks from their sessions with producer Mike Clink. It's due out June 29th.
Even with the leak, the countdown clock is still running and we do know that GNR will still do an official announcement about the set tomorrow (Friday).
