A National Rifle Association employee at the group's headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia is recovering from a gunshot wound after he accidentally shot his leg during a firearms training session.
The incident occurred at the National Firearms Museum. The 46-year-old man was holstering his gun when it accidentally discharged. He suffered a minor leg wound and was treated at a nearby hospital. Police investigated the shooting and said no charges would be filed.
Luckily no one else got shot. This isn't the first time accidental shootings have occurred at NRA-sponsored events.
