LISTEN: U2 Accused of Plagiarism

In a lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court, Paul Rose claims the song from U2's 1991 album Achtung Baby contains elements of his song "Nae Slappin.'"

Rose says in the lawsuit, "An ordinary lay observer would reasonably find that the songs are substantially similar and that an infringement has occurred."

Rose asking for songwriting credit and $5 million in damages and attorney fees.
