Bubba Wallace Calls On NASCAR To Ban Confederate Flags

NASCAR's Bubba Wallace is calling on the sport to get rid of Confederate flags at races.

Wallace, the only black driver currently competing in the Cup Series, told CNN "Get them out of here. They have no place for them."

The 26-year-old Wallace has said in the past that he's not bothered by the flags, but now believes that "No one should feel uncomfortable when they come to a NASCAR race." He says he'll be having "conversations" with officials about removing them.

How do you feel about Confederate flags being flown in public? Is it a free speech issue? Would NASCAR face a backlash if it banned them?
