Hey all you cool cats and kittens!
I guess when you are quarantined and bored, you decide to figure out a way to interview the infamous Carole Baskin.
If you don't know, and I'd be shocked if you didn't, Baskin allegedly killed her first husband.
Ok ok, that isn't why she is known. She was Joe Exotic's nemesis in the Tiger King documentary on Netflix.
According to BuzzFeed:
Enter YouTubers Josh Pieters and Archie Manners. The duo have pranked plenty of people, from tricking fans with an Ed Sheeran lookalike, to getting influencers to promote gravel.
A few weeks ago, they told Carole that she would be appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and holy moly, it actually worked.
The pair pretended to be from a production company that books celebrities for late-night talk show appearances. Carole initially declined, but agreed on the provision that the interview would only be about cats.
They then found a bunch of clips of Fallon interviewing guests and talking about cats, and had them at the ready on an iPad.
The rest, as they say, is history!
