Sting cut more than just a new single with reggae artist Shaggy -- the pair recorded an entire album.
44/876 is due out on April 20th, with the first single, "Don't Make Me Wait," out Thursday at digital retailers and streaming services. The two were introduced by Martin Kierszenbaum, who is Sting’s manager and Shaggy’s former A&R man. Sting heard a track Shaggy was working on and they hit the studio to record "Don’t Make Me Wait." That session went so well that they decided to work on a full album in New York.
