According to a new study, shoveling snow puts men at greater risk of dying.
Researchers in Canada – where they know a thing or two about snow removal – found that men are more likely to have a heart attack after a snowfall, and it's probably from the exertion of shoveling snow.
Not surprisingly, the likelihood of having a heart attack goes up with each extra day of snow.
So even if you think you’re in good shape, be careful. And, if you recognize that you’re in terrible shape, be very careful. Your life may depend on it.
