Billy Idol has marked the 40th anniversary of his second album, 1983's Rebel Yell, by releasing a deluxe edition. It came out in April.
Included in this reissue are eight unreleased tracks, including his cover of Rose Royce's "Love Don't Live Here Anymore," plus:
- "Best Way Out of Here"
- "Daytime Drama" (Demo)
- "Flesh for Fantasy" (Demo)
- "Catch My Fall" (Early Version)
- "Crank Call" (Demo)
- "(Do Not) Stand in the Shadows" (Demo)
- "Eyes Without a Face" (Poolside remix)
I really like 'Best Way Out of Here,' which you can here above. Billy says the song has a Prince vibe.
