Helen’s Harry is a lovely, playful, friendly puppy who is surprisingly calm inside the house and energetic when allowed to run and play with canine friends outside. He is now is a foster situation where there other dogs to play with and he is in heaven.
He has learned to control his playfulness at adoption events and does so well when he greets other dogs. He is very smart and just a wonderful boy.
Harry would enjoy participating in any athletic activity like agility training or coursing and would be excellent at these games given his desire to please and his natural athletic abilities. AND he is intelligent!
He does very well in his crate and doesn’t stir or complain knowing he has to wait until morning. He is a very curious boy and loves to know what you are doing.
At meal time, he doesn’t beg, but just sits at your feet and chews on a toy. Harry is very good about playing by himself and is not destructive, except to his toys.
Harry is housetrained. Harry has not been exposed to cats. Harry will make a loving family companion in a home with another playful dog, an active family, or someone that loves to jog or run. He is also very good with kids.
