EXPLODING HOUSE IN ARLINGTON (Video)

Arlington, Virginia was rocked by a huge house explosion last night (Monday) following a police standoff in the Bluemont neighborhood.

Around 8:30 p.m., police officers showed up to a duplex to execute a search warrant. When they got there, the suspect fired several rounds of a flare gun as the SWAT team attempted to enter the home.

It took firefighters more than three hours to fully extinguish the entire fire. Luckily, and because residents were told to evacuate, all injuries were minor and no one was transported to the hospital.
