LISA'S ANIMAL TALES: TSA K-9 CALENDAR

When thinking about the TSA, the word "cute" doesn't often come to mind. There's nothing cute about having to empty your pockets and take off your shoes at security.

But how about the TSA's bomb sniffing dogs? These adorable unsung heroes of the TSA are being celebrated and honored with a 2024 TSA Canine Calendar.

Each month features a different security pooch responsible for keeping the nation's airports safe. The calendar's cover-dog is Dina, a three-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer explosives detection canine at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
