The Philadelphia Flyers proved to be more alligator-friendly than the other Philly sports teams Monday night when they allowed a fan to attend their game with his emotional support alligator.
Last month, Joie Henney and his alligator, Wally, tried to attend a Phillies game, but were denied entry into the Citizens Bank Park. Although the stadium allows service animals, it does not allow emotional support animals. Wells Fargo Center has a different policy, and security there allowed Henney and Wally to watch the Flyers take on the Carolina Hurricanes.
Wally was kept on a leash the whole game, and even got to spend time with the Flyers mascot, Gritty.
