It was great chatting with Commanders linebacker Cody Barton at training camp last week.
He's excited to be in DC! I love his energy.
Cody is new to the team, signing in the offseason after playing four seasons with the Seahawks. He's a great addition to the Commanders already strong defense.
Cody talks about the progress the defense has been making, and how he's adjusting to DC; plus he completes 'Lisa's 30-second Drill.'
