OSCAR PICKS WITH LISA AND FILM CRITIC GRAE DRAKE (Listen)

The Oscars are this Sunday night. Normally I'm not all that excited about watching, but this year I am on TEAM ELVIS.

I loved the Elvis movie so much that I've seen it at least a dozen times. I haven't felt this passionately about a film in years.

I really hope it wins in the categories it's nominated in including Best Picture, Best Actor (good luck Austin Butler!), Cinematography, Editing, Makeup and Hairstyling, Costume, Production Design, and Sound.

In addition to Elvis, I've seen several of the Best Picture nominees. That's unusual for me, but thankfully this year many of the movies are more mainstream.

Check out my interview with film critic Grae Drake below. She is always so much fun to talk to about movies. She's obviously seen them all, and is way more knowledgeable than me.

Be sure and watch for Grae on the red carpet on Sunday, and see her movie reviews on the Fox 11/Los Angeles YouTube channel. You can also follow Grae @graedrake. (While you're at it, please follow me on Instagram and Twitter @lisaontheradio and on Facebook at Lisa Berigan On The Radio.)
