Ron Rivera released a statement yesterday relieving Scott Turner of his duties as offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders. Turner was hired when Rivera became head coach of the Commanders in 2020 after being the quarterback coach for the Panthers for two seasons. Rivera is confident that this change will open up opportunities for a fresh start and a new approach to the Commander's 2023 offense.
