In what might be the silliest Beatles-related story of the year, a fan claims he saw John Lennon's face in a brew while drinking at the Cavern Club in Liverpool.
Lee Baker he spotted the music legend in the foam of his friend’s beer and snapped a photo of it. Baker told England's Jam Press, “It was a bit spooky, it felt like a sign. I was minding my own business and just glanced down and happened to see it. It also made us laugh for ages...
"It was from before his bearded era in the ’70s, when he was more clean-cut." And perhaps to prove that he wasn't just nuts, Baker said that Lennon is the only face he's ever seen in beer.
