Pink Floyd's attempt to sell their catalog is reportedly being held up due to band infighting -- no doubt between former member Roger Waters and David Gilmour.

According to The Financial Times, there's a disagreement over the deal's tax structure, not to mention Waters’ stance over the war in Ukraine.

The paper quotes insiders who say the band has "made it impossible” to negotiate, and that the negotiations have been “as difficult as it is possible to be."

The catalog is estimated to sell for upwards of $500-million with numerous companies bidding for it.

Catalogs are a hot commodity with recent sellers including Bruce SpringsteenBob DylanStevie NicksLindsey BuckinghamBarry ManilowNeil DiamondRobbie RobertsonPaul SimonStingRichie SamboraZZ TopBlondieNeil Young and David Crosby, as well as the estates of David Bowie, Bob MarleyWhitney Houston and Ray Charles.

The one thing Waters and Gilmour agree on is Syd Barrett as they, along with drummer Nick Mason, have taken part in a new documentary about their late bandmate.

Have You Got It Yet? The Story of Syd Barrett and Pink Floyd chronicles the band's early days and Barrett's life after he left in 1968.

The film also includes interviews with Pete TownshendBlur’s Graham Coxon, former Floyd managers, playwright Tom Stoppard and Barrett’s sister Rosemary Breen.

No word yet on when the film will be released.

Barrett was 60 when he died in 2006.

Roger Waters finished this year's leg of his This Is Not a Drill tour Saturday in Mexico City. The European leg starts on March 17th in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nick Mason and his Saucerful of Secrets Floyd tribute band is in Austin, Texas tomorrow (Tuesday) night.
