Homeless Woman Leads Police On A Slow-Speed Chase After Stealing A Forklift

A woman possibly set a new world record after she was responsible for a very slow-speed chase after allegedly stealing a forklift.

The woman was recorded on video "speeding" down a street in San Diego after she reportedly stole the forklift from an unknown owner.

After the short "chase," the woman stalled in a parking lot, where a bystander was able to come up and take the keys out of the vehicle.

She was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and misappropriation of stolen property, according to a spokesperson for the San Diego Police Department.
