Weatherman Pulls a Body Out of the Ocean Immediately After Live Broadcast

An Australian weatherman is being hailed for his efforts although the outcome was not what anyone had hoped for.

Luke Bradnam was doing a live report for Australia's Channel 9, reporting on the dangerous conditions in the water and was alerted that someone appeared to be struggling in the water.

“I immediately stripped off and raced out with the boogie boarder to help the person in trouble,” Bradnam said.

Unfortunately, the man that Bradnam raced to reach in the water did not survive.

“When we got closer it became pretty evident that there was a body floating in the water and the two of us were able to secure the body and make our way…back into shore,” the weatherman told viewers.

The deceased was reportedly a 32-year-old man who had been reported missing.
