An off-duty trooper for the Nevada Highway Patrol was heading home from a Halloween party when he encountered a driver going the wrong way on an entrance to the highway. Naturally, he did what he had to do as an officer of the law to stop the driver from potentially harming himself and/or others.
The thing that stands out, however, is the fact that the trooper was still dressed in his costume, as a Star Wars stormtrooper nonetheless.
The NHP posted the dashcam video on their Twitter account, adding an entry that matches the feel of an actual Star Wars film.
"Trooper Foesh no doubt intervened and stopped a potentially deadly situation. The FORCE is strong in Trooper Foesh," it says.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving without a valid driver's license and two traffic violations.
