The Oregon Public Health Division uploaded a video to YouTube to go over some FAQs and best practices regarding COVID-19 and the upcoming Halloween holiday and decided to have a little fun with it. But some people are being offended by it.
An official from the Public Health Division wears a clown costume while presenting the information to the public, which included an update on deaths due to corona. People seem irked that they would present this type of information to the public while wearing Halloween costumes, especially a clown costume.
Apparently the fact that the information is being presented in costumes is never addressed in the video, making it even weirder.
