President Donald Trump and comedian Sacha Baron Cohen have exchanged words after Cohen's Borat Subsequent Moviefilm depicts a controversial scene with Rudy Giuliani, who is part of Trump's legal team.
Trump called Cohen a "creep" and a "phony" over the scene and Cohen responded by recalling the time when in 2003 he interviewed Trump for his television show Da Ali G Show back in 2003. Cohen says Trump was unaware he was being punk'd by Cohen as Ali G despite later claims that he did. Cohen also claims Trump "face dropped" when he initially saw he was going to be interviewed by "Ali G" and not Cohen, the British show producer.
In the clip that aired, Ali G has a silly business proposal for Trump involving ice cream. He starts by asking Trump what the most popular thing in the world is, which he responds with as music. Ali G tells him he's wrong and that it's ice cream. Ali G says the biggest problem with ice cream is that it drips and pitches an idea for ice cream gloves so it doesn't get on your hands and also keeps them warm.
Trump seems perturbed and uncomfortable during the entire one-minute interview and abruptly ends it, wishing Ali G good luck with his idea.
