On an episode of "Hotel Hell" hosted by Gordon Ramsay, the owner of a hotel admits to having some pretty unsanitary moments.
Ramsay investigates the rooms equipped with a meter that reads bacteria samples to determine how clean surfaces are. "Anything over 30 and it sort of gets into the danger zone," he remarks as he begins his sampling.
After getting the result off of a sample he took from a carpet, Ramsay pulls all of the employees into a room.
"It smells like there's crap all over the floor," Ramsay remarks after revealing the reading is 803.
"That's probably because there is crap on the floor," responds the young man who works there. "Probably, could be," adds another worker.
"What does that mean?" Gordon asks them.
"My first shift here, you [the old woman who's the owner] were in the bathroom. I think you had an accident on the floor... on the mat," says the woman. Every stands there for a few seconds in disbelief.
"I mean, yeah, there have been times when I have had diarrhea before. It doesn't happen very often but no, I didn't realize..."
Gordon then proceeds to tear the employees up as he usually does and points out that he doesn't appreciate walking on diarrhea mats.
