A DC man streaming on Facebook Live captured the moment he was held up at gunpoint and had his car stolen from him over the weekend.

Police say at around 3:45 PM on Sunday, three men approached the man sitting in his parked car streaming on Facebook Live and told him to get out of the car and get on the ground.

He was held at gunpoint and one man demanded his wallet and shoes. Two men entered the vehicle and took off, unaware that the live stream was still happening. After about a half minute, the suspect ends the stream.

On Tuesday, Lindsay Watts of FOX 5 DC provided an update, saying that police found the man's Honda with minimal damage. It was returned to the victim.

Police are hoping to identify the suspect whose face can be seen in the video, and are asking to call them at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
