Who are the parents of this little dude?
Looks like they're shopping in one of those Halloween stores that pops up in the building of an old K-Mart and lo and behold, they have a bunch of decorations that trigger some sort of scare when you walk on top of a trigger.
So this toddler approaches Pennywise the clown while mom or dad just sits and records so he can get some LOLs. Sure enough the thing pops out and basically grabs the kid, knocking him over.
Bet this kid will somehow be subliminally scarred from this for the rest of his life although he will have no recollection of it. Clowns, man.
