A college student in West Virginia is going to have a little bit of trouble getting to school after a large tree that was being cut down by a tree removal company fell on and destroyed her car.
Luckily, we had a man named Billy Tatum who witnessed the terrible event and gave his condolences to the young woman. He described what happened and gave some thoughts on the whole thing:
Sounded like a beer can gettin' flattened - it was just - crunch... I hate to say it but... it was kinda cool! You know, I mean, what guy, you know, doesn't like, you know... destruction! That's why we go to demolition derbies. But hey, you know, bottom line that's some girl's new car and she can't get to school now.
City officials say the workers were being negligent and not following protocol. Hopefully the girl gets a new car for the price of on the house.
