This old dude got pretty heated when a bunch of guys doing some road repair parked out in front of his house. He comes out and starts yelling at the dudes and threatens them with a hammer because one of the trucks is parked up on the curb and partially on a strip of grass he says is his lawn. Dude starts smashing up the cement truck with the hammer before heading over to the area of wet cement that was just poured and throwing a temper tantrum in it. Too bad he has trouble getting out of the foot-deep cement and ends up falling in it. SMDH.
