I don't even know if these are real cops or just security guards but I'm going to go out on a limb and say they just aren't fit for the job. And by fit I mean physically fit.
Two dudes are trying to chase down a suspect who is no Usain Bolt to begin with but they're even slower. It looks like the first cop is within arms reach of the dude but he applies a juke move and breaks his nemesis' ankles and he's out of the chase.
Second cop, who's even slower than his brother, tries to continue the pursuit and decides there's no way this old body will ever carry me 50 yards and instead tends to his friend. SMH.
