Lots of people have a weird obsession with Dr. Pimple Popper and watching people have massive pimples and cysts popped and drained.
Well, I've seen a bunch of those but nothing comes close to this one. I have no idea how this dude let that thing on his face get to this point but props to him for letting someone finally try and treat it.
Dude has a Dixie cup and fills it up twice by draining the pus out of whatever the hell that thing is on his face.
No idea if the commentary track is really what he's saying when this is happening but damn does it make it better.
