There are a lot of things that could go wrong when riding a roller coaster. Although accidents are rare, most people can't help but think about slipping out of their seat, dropping their phone, getting stuck on a loop, etc.
But you probably wouldn't worry about a projectile hitting you in the face while the coaster is pushing speeds of 50+ mph.
Whelp, that's what happens to a girl named Paige in Australia. She was riding the DC Rivals Hypercoaster at Warner Brothers Movie World park in Queensland with her uncle when a bird called an ibis flies directly into her face.
The woman who uploaded the footage to Facebook says, "Paige got hit by an ibis while riding front seat on the DC rival hypercoaster with Uncle Mitch. She had feathers on her and a beak scratch on her right shoulder. She's completely shocked, a little bruised but ok. Not sure about the bird?"
