A manager of a Subway is seen slapping the phone of a customer during a heated argument at a store near Charlotte, North Carolina.
It's difficult to determine what exactly caused the argument to reach a point where the man would get angry enough to slap the woman's phone since that's when the clip starts. Apparently, the customer was upset that the sub she got was different than one that was being advertised on a flier.
A second employee appears later in the video and the customer blamers her as the one that started it.
So many questions here left unanswered. Does this customer have a legitimate reason for wanting a refund? Or is she trying to play the blame game for free food and attention?
