In a disturbing video found on a Chinese video sharing site, a young boy is seen being dangled above a river while a man, allegedly the boy's father, shouts math questions at him.
According to Independent.co.uk, the father was punishing his son for stealing. The boy is heard screaming as he is lowered close to the water by a rope and pulley system. A nearby person shot the video on his phone.
It is unknown if the father will face any disciplinary action for the incident. It happened on the Tonghui River near Meishan.
