This week's Commanders Conversation is with one of my favorite players, Jonathan Allen.
Jonathan is a class act on and off the field, and an integral part of the Commanders defense.
He's been with Washington since being drafted in the first round in 2017. He's a two-time Pro Bowler and has always been a leader on the field and in the locker room.
We talk about the Commanders exciting season so far, the game coming up against the Browns, and the hard work the defense has been putting in to improve each week.
We also learn that his wife Hannah is expecting their baby girl any day now! (Congratulations to the Allen family!)
We also chat about his exotic travels, his extensive charity work, and we finish up with Jonathan completing Lisa's 60-second Drill.
