Why hug your Teddy bear when you can hug a real one instead?
The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish posted a very unique job opportunity. They're looking for professional "bear huggers" to become conservation officers.
According to the department, interested candidates "must have ability to hike in strenuous conditions, have the courage to crawl into a bear den, and have the trust in your co-workers to keep you safe during the process." Their post on Facebook includes adorable photos of officers hugging bear cubs as part of a research project. If you're interested, you have until March 30th to apply online.
