Roscoe is a friendly and affectionate cat who loves to play. He is smart and curious and will make you laugh every day.
Roscoe is currently in foster care with Rock Creek Cats. He showed up at a feral cat feeding site at an apartment complex in PG County, but It turns out he's not feral at all. He was simply hungry.
Roscoe loves to be petted and will cry for attention. He is curious and likes to explore and try out new toys. Getting him to sit still for photos is a bit of a challenge!
A sweet boy like Roscoe would make a great addition to many homes. He's been neutered and vaccinated, and is litter-box trained.
