At long last, Roger Waters performs tonight at Capital One Arena!
We had to deal with a couple of delays because of COVID, but now we finally get to see his This Is Not A Drill tour tonight!
Doors at Capital One Arena open at 7p.m.; showtime 8 o'clock. Don't be late! He opens with one of my favorite songs (and probably yours too), Comfortably Numb.
Tickets are still available through Ticketmaster, or get them at the door tonight.
COVID restrictions have been loosened in recent months, so there's no mask or vaccination mandate.
The show is in the round, so every seat should be a good seat, and we'll get to see Roger strutting his stuff at different areas of the arena. This will be a true theatrical, immersive experience!
WARNING: Roger is very political and those politics are front and center in the show. If that's not something you're up for, this is probably not the show for you. He is very open about this at the start of the show when there's a message on the video screen that says: “If you’re one of those ‘I love Pink Floyd, but I can’t stand Roger’s politics’ people, you might do well to f**k off to the bar right now. Thank you, and please enjoy the show.”
Below is the setlist from his show in Philadelphia earlier this month. I'm expecting he'll be sticking to this setlist tonight.
Hope to see you at the show!
