The season premiere of The Masked Singer looked more like first-night jitters.
Nobody measured the costumes against the stage design. The Cyclops mask was built too big to get on stage. The crew had to re-arrange the backdrops to allow enough space for Cyclops.
McTerrier tumbled off the stage while performing “Working for the Weekend.” McTerrier was revealed to be Food Network star Duff Goldman. He said afterward about performing on The Masked Singer, (quote) “I try to live my life by everything I learned from watching Monty Python. I love absurdist humor. Because life is absurd.”
