It's so great to see the usual holiday traditions back this year, like the Jingle Bell Run!
D.C.'s Jingle Bell Run to benefit the Arthritis Foundation will be held this Saturday morning at Pentagon Row in Arlington. Hope to see you out there for this fun and festive event!
It's a 5k run (or walk) and costumes are highly encouraged! With all the eating we've been doing this holiday season, it'll be great to get out and exercise, crank up some holiday tunes, and put on our most festive clothes!

The opening ceremonies will get started around 8 (including a 100-meter dash for the kids at 8:15!). The 5k will start at 8:30 a.m.
And stick around afterwards for the costume contest and post-race festivities at Mattie and Eddie's.
