A Jack Russell terrier is traveling round trip to make it into the record books.
Last Friday, a pup named Macho made a mad dash around the bases at Los Angeles' Dodger Stadium in just 21-point-zero-six-seconds, making him the fastest dog in history to run the bases at a Major League Baseball stadium. The previous record was 24 seconds.
In order for it to count, Macho had to touch each base. So, his trainer attached small balloons to each one to keep him motivated.
A judge with Guinness World Records flew from New York to Los Angeles to time Macho's run. The good boy was rewarded for his record-breaking achievement with lots of treats.
